Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary health therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing. Reducing stress in our lives can be key in optimising good health and building resilience. It is a touch therapy that is based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg and hands correspond with different areas of the body. Treatments are tailored to each individual, taking into account any health concerns.

Fertility Reflexology
Reproductive Reflexology (or Reproflexology™) can be used as a stand-alone treatment to enhance your natural fertility, or with all forms of assisted conception including Clomid, IUI, IVF and ICSI. It can also be used to support individuals and couples using surrogacy or donors in IVF cycles. The treatment is effective for both men and women.

Women’s Health Reflexology
Reflexology can be used to support a number of women's health concerns including; PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, menopause, painful and/or irregular periods, amenorrhea (no periods), PMS and hormone imbalances.

Acupressure Facial
Facial Acupressure therapy treats the unique structure of the face to support emotional and stress relief. It also incorporates working with the Chinese Acupressure facial map to benefit the whole body.
Treatments involve preparing the skin with a beautiful cleanse followed by an extremely relaxing treatment consisting of face and scalp work. You will feel pampered and become deeply relaxed. A lovely treatment for those with chronic conditions or if you are simply seeking deep relaxation.
