Hello, I’m Amy and I became interested in reflexology following a diagnosis of stage 4 endometriosis, adenomyosis and some pretty pesky ovarian cysts! After years of painful periods it all made sense, so I began researching what I could do to help myself. One of the first things I did was to start reflexology treatments. After the first month my periods were significantly less painful, which I put down to just a coincidence however month on month I noticed the same improvements. I truly believe in the power of reflexology and hope I can help you in the same way my reflexologist has helped me.

What is reflexology?
The aim of reflexology is to bring about homeostasis (balance) in the body. Reflexologists gently stimulate reflex points on the feet (and hands) which relate to different parts of the body.
Reflexology is effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing. Reducing stress is key to optimising good health and building resilience which scientists estimating that 75-90% of illnesses are linked to stress
Reflexology can be used safely alongside standard healthcare to promote better health.

ReproflexologyTM (Reproductive Reflexology) is the study of and treatment of male and female reproductive conditions and fertility issues using reflexology. Your first treatmentf involves an in depth consultation, ideally with both partners, to truly understand any challenges and to enable me to advise accordingly to assist with fertility.
